CINVENTION has a strong focus on creating Intellectual Property Rights to establish and protect the use of the company’s technologies, applications and products within the medical device and biomanufacturing industry. As part of the revenue model IP represents one of the crucial sources for revenue streams.

On the other hand, CINVENTION anticipates the need for protecting our customers’ interest and shielding our customer’s market development of products that contain or are based on CINVENTION technologies. Hence, CINVENTION provides a continuous stream of patent applications in different stages of the PCT process to substantially cover the existing products and our growing pipeline of next generation innovations and applications. 

Currently, CINVENTION has created more than 16 different patent families. Some of them were filed under the previous names of the company: ‘membrana mundi’ and ‘Blue Membranes’.
